Getruck is a platform that enables logistic managers to manage their logistic resources, plan efficient delivery routes and stay connected with the field workers. 

The product is in use in some of the largest companys in Israel including: Clalit Health Services, Holandia sleeping systems and more.

A 45-year-old logistics pro with 15+ years’ experience, seeking simple, stress-free tools for route planning. Not tech-savvy, they want efficiency without complexity, avoiding information overload and last-minute changes.

Hands-On Insights into User Needs

In the research phase, we explored route planning manually to fully understand the process, delved into alternative solutions beyond standard route planners, and engaged with both end-users and internal testers. This approach allowed us to gain first-hand insights into user needs, preferences, and the challenges faced in their workflows.

For clarity and efficiency I had to organize information wisly.

Logistics professionals contend with an overwhelming amount of information,frequent unexpected issues, and constant distractions, making it challenging to focus and work efficiently.

Therefore, precise information organization is crucial, emphasizing the accurate presentation of relevant data while effectively hiding unnecessary details.
